Some tips we offer to help the longevity of your DynaDiggr we reccomend you grease your machine, have a gas oil mixture of 50:1, tighten the bolts, as well as inspecting the air filter and spark plugs.
In the event that any part of your DynaDiggr is found to be defective under reasonable use within 30 days of purchase, we are committed to replacing the faulty component. However, it's essential to note that alterations to the machine, in any form, will void the warranty. Specifically, the Maruyama engine block comes with an impressive 5-year warranty, but please be aware that the use of improper gas/oil mixtures will result in warranty voidance. For all other Maruyama parts, including but not limited to the carburetor, fuel tank, and power switch, we offer a 1-year warranty.
Returns are gladly accepted in the following cases: if the machine is damaged during shipping or found to have manufacturing defects. In these instances, we take care of the return shipping costs. However, if the machine is in good condition and the return is due to personal preferences or a change of heart, we ask that the item is unused, with all original packaging intact, and the customer covers the return shipping expenses. Usage includes any operation of the machine or if fuel has been added. Additionally, for change of heart returns, a restocking fee of $200 will be applied to cover handling and processing costs.
